additional notes  - greyed out consumables are not in stock and will need to be purchased if needed.

                  - any opened consumables purchased for the job will remain in my possession.

                  - if possible unused consumables bought for the job will be returned for refund.

                  - there is a baseline box rental for the "items always on standby".

                  - optional tools and crates carry additional rental fees.

                  - greyed out tools will need to be purchased if required for the job.

                  - i will be given the option to purchase any tools bought for the job.
